Thin grassy leaves. Nodding heads of lavender pink flowers. Compact allium suitable for troughs. Well drained spot. Ht 10cm
Drought tolerant plant. Will take full sun or partial shade. Succulent leaves and bright orange flowers. Suitable for an alpine house or cold greenhouse in the winter.
Bright yellow flowers on compact foliage. Suitable for rockeries, screes and larger troughs. Hardy. Flowering throughout the Summer. Good drainage, morning sun. Do not dry out.
New – A rhodohypoxis hypoxis cross giving plenty of large flowers for longer periods throughout the Summer. Hardy. A range of 5 colours. Protect from mice in winter if you store them in pots.
Mat forming alpine. Tight growth of silver rosettes. Tiny yellow flowers in early Summer. Larger variety than australis. Hardy. Tilt when planting to allow the water to drain away from the foliage. Origin: New Zealand
